| Agreement to Electronic Communications for Email Statements (Xpress Statements) |
| The following is an agreement to receive your periodic statements in electronic form. If you enroll to receive Xpress Statements, you will no longer receive your paper statements via mail. Xpress Statements are available for Checking and Savings accounts only. |
To begin receiving your statements electronically:
- It is necessary to have Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above and Internet Explorer 5.5 or later installed on your computer. To download a free, current version of Adobe Reader, visit http://www.acrobat.com.
- Read the following agreement and click on the "I Agree" box below; then click on Continue to fill out the Xpress Statements Enrollment Form.

We will provide the following information in electronic form:
- All periodic statements in connection with the eligible accounts requested by you.
- All legal or regulatory notices, disclosures, cancelled checks and other information that would accompany your periodic statement including information we are required by law or regulation to provide to you in writing, such as pricing information and privacy notices.
- Any notices or disclosures about a change in terms of your eligible accounts.

By clicking on "I Agree" below you are agreeing to the following:
- Receiving your monthly or quarterly Checking or Savings account statement(s) via email. You will no longer receive your paper statement.
- You will have a browser with 128-bit encryption Internet access and the necessary hardware and software installed to receive your statement electronically. You will also have the ability to print and retain statements.
- You understand that it is your responsibility to safeguard your User ID and Password from any unauthorized use. You further understand that you must notify Security Bank immediately if your User ID and Password is compromised.

| Updating Your Email Address: If you change your email address you must notify Security Bank in writing, via email or by filling out an Xpress Statements Maintenance Form. If you fail to notify us that your email address has changed, you may not receive your monthly or quarterly statement. |
| To Obtain Paper Copies: You may obtain paper copies of the electronic statements/disclosures by printing them from your computer or by calling (478) 722-6118 in Middle Georgia; (912) 279-2129 in Glynn County and (770) 592-1332 in Cherokee County, Fulton County and Gwinnett County. Please be aware fees may apply for requested paper copies. |
| To Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to receive your statements electronically by written notice to Security Bank, PO Box 4748, Macon, GA 31208, ATTN: Online Banking Department, send an email to customerservice@securitybank.net, or by filling out an Xpress Statements Maintenance Form. We must receive your notice at least ten (10) days prior to the next statement is emailed to update your request. |
| Amendments to this Agreement: Security Bank reserves the right to amend this agreement in any manner at any time. If we do so, we will give you at least 30 days advanced written notice. Security Bank also reserves the right to terminate this agreement by sending a notice by first-class mail to your last known address on file. |
