The following is a consumer loan application and required disclosure information. In order for you to apply online, you must agree to receive electronic disclosures. If you do not wish to apply online and receive disclosures electronically, please call us at 478-722-6300 to receive an application. (This application may not be used for Home Equity Lines of Credit or Residential Mortgage Loans)

Your consent to receive electronic disclosures will apply only to this application and approval process.

To view the application and accompanying disclosure, you must have the following minimum computer hardware and software.

Whenever you complete an online application, it is encrypted through Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL technology secretly encodes information that is sent over the Internet between your computer and Security Bank, helping to ensure that the information remains confidential. After you've submitted your application online, we recommend that you end your browser session before leaving your computer.

The use of SSL requires that you have an SSL-compatible browser. While SSL will protect your security, it works best with the following SSL browser versions:

What is required for you to review our privacy policy and other disclosures?

In order for you to access and retain records in connection with Consumer Loans Online, your system must meet the following requirements:

• An IBM or Macintosh compatible computer
• Internet Access
• An Internet Browser as described in Your Browser Requirements

To print or download disclosures you must have a printer connection to your PC or sufficient hard drive space available to save the disclosures.
