Employees are provided company paid health and dental benefits, two times salary in life insurance, long term disability and spousal disability insurance. Dependent coverage is available for the employee to purchase. A strong 401K/Profit Sharing plan is in place for participation after one year of employment (rollovers from other 401K plans can be accomplished immediately).
